A bench-mounted, pneumatically powered machine to de-bone the loin section of a lamb or hogget cut.
Quick and efficient, removes the need of a knife hand to complete this operation, eliminates repetitive strain injuries.
The loin section is inserted in the holder of the loincut deboner, and the lid closed. This forms the safety circuit, and the pneumatic start can be initiated. On completion, the boneless loin is presented, and the bone section can be removed.
Scope of supply
The loincut deboner is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, is mounted on four adjustable feet for bench operation. It requires a pneumatic supply.
