How It Works:

Utilizing a refined process, the system unloads cartons from a stillage frame level-by-level. Once a loaded stillage frame from the freezer is positioned in the unloader, cartons are systematically transferred onto an outfeed conveyor. From there, they are promptly dispatched onto a sorting conveyor, primed for the next phase. The coordinated movement of the pushing operation and the receiving conveyor ensures smooth and synchronized operation.
